Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: Where do I get order forms?A: Order forms for all teams are sent to your Sports Organization and Coach for distribution at least one week prior to Picture Day. Extra order forms are available Pro Shots Imaging staff on Picture Day. Q: Where can I see what the photo packages look like? A: Sample boards of all photo packages will be displayed on Picture Day. Photo illustrations are inserted in your order form. For full colour illustrations - Click on Products. Q: How and when are pictures delivered? A: Photos are delivered within 4 weeks of Picture Day to your Sports Organization and your Coach for distribution. Your photos are enclosed with your original order form. Q: What methods of payment can be used? A: All orders are prepaid on Picture Day. We accept cash or cheques. Q: Can I get a photo of my children together as well as individually? A: Yes. We would simply ask that you fill in a separate order form. For example, if you have two children and you want pictures of them alone and together, you would need 3 separate order forms - one for each child's individual photo and 1 order form for the three of them together. You can pay with one cheque. Please ask Pro Shots Imaging staff for assistance on Picture Day. Q: Can I order more pictures after Picture Day?
